Meetings are held in The Pattern Hall and start at 1800 unless otherwise stated.
Meetings are open to the public and 15 minutes is set aside for members of the public to raise matters connected with the agenda.
Should a member wish something to be placed on the agenda, they should contact the Clerk who will consider the request.
