The parish council is a statutory consultee in the planning process, although the final decision on any planning matter is made by Cornwall Council.  The parish council considers planning applications at its monthly meetings and applicants are encouraged to attend the relevant meeting to answer any questions councillors may have.  Details of all planning applications can be found on Cornwall Council's website.
